I am you: I have worked at companies, I know the rewards and challenges of business, and the importance of carving out time for personal interests. Before becoming a full time executive and leadership coach and starting my company, momentum, I had an extensive career as a communications executive at global companies, including NBCUniversal, Viacom, Time Inc, UTA, and DKC. In the middle of that, when I had kids, I founded a business connecting new parents to live events.I have a unique combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, plus coaching certifications and credentials, a mindfulness certification, and an innate curiosity and interest in people.
